Dealership Detail Department

When one of our local dealership partners expanded into a 2nd location, they again called on Cougar to set up their entire detail department.  We started by installing a Belanger Insta-Kleen fleet wash system.  This drive through system is engineered for continuous reliable performance.  Built for heavy duty use and ultimate cleaning speed, this tunnel system will provide years of reliable and consistent performance.

After the wash, detailers pull up to the dual hose vacuum from JE Adams.  This space saving design allows two detailers use the vacuum at the same time.

For hand washing, we installed a Landa ENG in a bay with an overhead 360° boom from Magikist.  The Landa ENG is the electric pressure washer with natural gas fueled hot water.  This bay will handle the toughest jobs reliably with low maintenance.  In the chemical storage area, we added an Accudose system that feeds diluted de-greaser to the wash bay.  The Accudose dilutes the chemical automatically, saving on chemical costs.  They are using Cougar's formula #152 de-greaser to take care of wheels, tires, door jams and fuel doors.

Inside the detail bays there is ample storage for all the chemicals and supplies.  They have a Mytee HP120 carpet extractor.  This department is set up for high volume success.
