Billy Fields - CEO

I came to Cougar Chemical in 1996.  Prior to that, I Studied Mechanical Engineering at UAB, designed hose solutions at motion Industries, designed truck bodies at Cleveland Manufacturing, Manufactured Chemical and designed pressure washers and Mobile cleaning solutions at Orbit Chemical and American Osment (Manufacturing and Design).  Today, I do my best to Serve our fans with consultative cleaning solutions.  Outside of work, I Spend time with family and friends and serve at Trinity church in Southaven, MS. Theres nothing better than doing little projects for friends and family and incorporating the grandkids, teaching them how to serve others.

Cathy Fields- Controller

I started working at Cougar in 2019 after spending over 25 years in the printing industry. I currently enjoy my time at Cougar as Controller and working with our team to create Raving Fans! When I’m not at Cougar, I spend most of my time with family. We have three children & six grandchildren. Doesn’t leave time for much else and I couldn’t be happier!

Amy Mitchell - Inside Sales

I joined Cougar Chemical in 2023 after eight years in education. I traded my classroom for customer service, my bus for a forklift, and coaching for industrial cleaning! When you walk into Cougar, I am probably greeting you, and if you ever need to make a tough job easier, I'm happy to help you set up an equipment rental. When I'm not having fun at Cougar, I'm probably enjoying time with my husband John and our Trinity church family or goofing off with the North Mississippi Endurance team. 

Brook Goodrich - Inside Sales & Assembler

I came to Cougar Chemical in 2021.  My background includes construction and technical assembly.  I can usually be found at the showroom counter and I am ready to answer any of your technical equipment or chemical questions.  When I’m not at the counter, you may find me in the shop assembling mobile pressure washing systems.  I also work on photo and video projects for Cougar Chemical promotional content.  With my time away from work, I love playing with my cute daughter.  I also love hunting, fishing and music.

Glenn May - Showroom Lead

I've been at Cougar since New Year's of 2022. Before Cougar I used to run a moving company, work in sporting goods, and taught. I'm a proud graduate of University of Memphis! Go Tigers Go! At Cougar, I do what it takes to get the job done right! Excellence is the standard here and I am thankful to work with talented and amazing coworkers that make my job easy.

Michael Fields - Marketing & Inside Sales

I joined Cougar in 2014.  My background includes military service, sales and mortgage management.  At Cougar Chemical, I am the guy that does about anything. I the inside sales representative for key accounts.  I design and build custom cleaning equipment. I promote the Cougar brand by managing the website and the social media accounts. I use my photography, videography and editing skills to create engaging content. I build relationships with customers and insist on offering a level of quality that makes our clients never consider the competition. I sweep floors and take out trash.  

John Hagy - Outside Sales

I joined the Cougar Chemical team in March of 2023 in outside sales.  I already feel lucky to be part of such a great team.  I am also excited to be involved with such a great brand. It has the feel of a small family business, but has the capacity to compete with corporate juggernauts that care little about their employees.  I’m looking forward to my journey. 

Randol Lay - Outside Sales

Good coaches today study how to best get the job done. Having coached for 47 years I too learned how to adjust and find the best fit for the position. Over twenty years ago I became a part of the Cougar family. I have developed friendships with many different organizations and leaders in our community, while learning best practice methods at Cougar. I see so many great cleaning ideas everywhere I travel. Seeing this everyday has helped me become one of the best around for helping others get the job done right the first time. I love helping my friends succeed. That is what good coaching is all about.

Amanda McKee - Service Manager

I am the service coordinator for Cougar, I’ve been here since 2018. Prior to joining the team, I worked within customer service at various levels throughout my career. I have four brothers so I’ve always been a bit of a tomgirl and mechanically inclined to some degree. I enjoy meeting our customers, helping build equipment, and learning about our products. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with family, traveling, camping, and riding dirt bikes.  

Pam Scobey - Accounting

I started with Cougar Chemical in  June  of 2019.  Most of my experience comes from the accounting departments of a few automotive dealerships.  At Cougar, I am the accounts receivable and accounts payable clerk.  I ensure that funds are moved through the company accurately and timely.  My time off I enjoy traveling, spending time with Family and friends.

Gary Hopper Warehouse Mgr

I stared at Cougar Chemical in 2022.  Before Cougar, I worked in the printing industry at Mercury Printing in a variety of positions over a total of 28 years. When I started, I was the warehouse manager but upon leaving I had worked my way up to the Operations Manager.  Today, I am the warehouse and manufacturing manager where I do the purchasing, shipping, and logistics.  In my spare time I enjoy camping and boating with my family. I mostly enjoy spending time with my wife of 26 years and our two girls and two grandchildren.

Jay Turner - Chemical Mfg  

I came to Cougar Chemical in June of 2014.  I do all the chemical manufacturing, packaging, and logistics.  I have 5 of years of experience with BFI washing garbage trucks.  I still wash trucks on the side.  In my spare time, I like to travel but I spend most of my time working on one project or another.
