Bulk Chemical Dispenser

Our client operates a large food distribution warehouse that HAS to stay clean.  They operate an industrial floor scrubber around the clock so they needed an easy and economical method of filling the scrubber with cleaning solution.  The dilution ratios of water and detergent needed to stay consistent for cleaning performance and economy.  We set up a 2-tote system where the lower tote is full of concentrated #10 Heavy Duty Degreaser..  We plumbed in a water source to a Hydrominder dosing system that keeps the top tote always full of ready to use detergent.  We connected a fuel-pump style dispenser for quick filling of the scrubber.  Now, they will never run low on detergent and it will always be perfectly blended and ready to go.
