When you have to wash up to 600 cars PER DAY, you turn to the experts at Cougar Chemical.  Cougar worked with the architects and planners to lay out an efficient work flow.  We specified the equipment and the required utilities.  At the start of the workflow, we start with a pair of industrial vacuum cleaners, each with 2 lines so 4 cars can be cleaned simultaneously.  The workflow proceeds to the drop lines where degreasers and dressings are fed by an automated dosing system.  The Landa ENG pressure washer feeds 2 overhead booms for washing.  Dirty carpets are shampooed with extractors.  To keep the shop looking great, we put in a Factory Cat Mini HD floor scrubber.  Cougar continuously supplies the shop and trains the personnel.
