2 Operator Pressure Washer Trailer
Some wash jobs are so big or require such speed, that 2 operators washing becomes necessary. The best way to get 2 operators running is to run two pressure washers.
When you run one large pressure washer and share it between two hoses, you split the gallon flow between the hoses when they are both running. This will kill the performance of even the largest 10 gallon per minute pressure washer. The performance is also inconsistent when one or the other operator drops the trigger, forcing all the water and pressure into 1 gun. If there is a mechanical issue with the single pressure washer, the job stops.
When running 2 pressure washers off of the same tank, the operators can work independently without affecting the performance of the 2nd operator. The two 5 Gallon per Minute machines will have more power and performance than a shared 8 or 10 gallon per minute machine. If there is a failure, work can keep going.
This rig is headed to Florida to work with an environmental services company where the jobs are big and time is short. The heavy duty Catamount500 trailer has twin 6,000 pound axels that have no problem hauling the 500-gallons of fresh water. The pressure washers are the industrial Landa PGHW machines that both put out 5 gallons per minute at 3500psi, which is plenty of power for just about any job. Out back, we have twin Hannay electric rewind reels that help to reduce trip hazards and speed up work.
