Pressure Washing System Towable by Side by Side

Mike came to us with a unique cleaning challenge.  Mike is the GM of a County Government Agricultural Education facility.  The new campus will feature several miles of paved walking trails that require regular maintenance.   Some pieces of agricultural equipment will also require regular cleaning. 

There are a few tricky details.   Much of the time, a water source will not be available at the job site.  The walking trails will be closed to vehicular traffic.  The vehicle that is allocated to this work is a John Deere Gator Side by Side with a maximum towing capacity of 1200 lbs.  This model of Gator does not have a large cargo area, so a small trailer was needed.

We sourced a small, 4' x 5' utility trailer that was the perfect size for the application.  We took all the components of our Detail 100 skid and built a modified mounting frame.  The 100-gallon tank, plumbing, pressure washer, and reel were all mounted to the trailer. 

Concrete work and tractors can be intensive cleaning projects so we elected to install a Landa HD Gas pressure washer from Landa that puts out 4 gallons per minute.  This unit will provide ample power for the walking trails and have enough flow to remove a fair volume of mud and dirt from tractors. 

This package is powerful and ultimatlely portable.
