Pressure Washer Trailer With Room to Grow

Kyle came to us looking to expand his business into Building Services.  He wanted to focus on residential cleaning, focusing on driveways, sidewalks, bricks, and siding.  His ambition was to move into commercial work as his business grows.  Since this was a new venture, we wanted to keep the costs low to start.

We decided that the Catamount 200 trailer would be enough to get a solid start with it's ability to carry 200 gallons of fresh water.  We added the wand holder to the sides to keep things tidy.  We chose the Landa 200-foot fixed base hose reel to provide enough reach to get into back yards when needed.  

For the pressure washer, we selected the Landa HD Gas Series Cold Water unit.  The HD4.0/40GB will put out 4 gallons per minute at 4000psi.  Belt drive machines tend to last longer, and because Kyle wants to push this thing hard, the added longevity made it a good choice.

Up front, we left it blank.  As the business dictates, at some point, we can add a hot water unit to expand his capabilities.  

Finishing out with a 24" surface cleaner to make that flat work go faster and higher quality.
